Quality Control Process

Incoming Inspection

Every component received for grinding is inspected before grinding begins. We document the as-received condition, verify dimensions against drawings, and identify any existing damage.

In-Process Inspection

During grinding operations, operators perform regular dimensional checks to verify that work is progressing to specification.

Final Inspection

Completed components undergo comprehensive dimensional and surface finish measurement before delivery. All critical dimensions are verified and documented. Following grinding, components are photographed for inclusion in the process file.

Measurement Equipment Calibration

All inspection equipment is calibrated regularly to NIST-traceable standards. Calibration certificates are maintained and available upon request.
