Specialized vertical grinding for large valve bodies, bonnets, and seats. Our vertical grinder fleet accommodates components up to 62" diameter and 60" height.
ID/OD Grinding
Precision internal and external diameter grinding for valve stems, shafts, sleeves, and cylindrical components. We achieve tight tolerances and mirror finishes on diameters from 0.125" to 42"+.
Valve Component Grinding
Our specialty. Complete valve component grinding services including seat grinding, gate grinding, stem grinding, and body grinding. We understand valve geometries and the critical tolerances required for proper operation and tight sealing.
